Refund policy

At Official Aromas, quality is our standard. We stand behind our diffusers and fragrances and want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Item must be in the same condition as received
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Please Note:

  • Fragrance oils, opened diffusers, and used products are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety standards.
  • Sale items and promotional products are final sale.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Email us at sales@officialaromas.com within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your order number
  • Attach clear photos of the product and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or shipped incorrectly.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email sales@officialaromas.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the item to the address provided.
